SHIPPING

United States: Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. 

International Shipping: At this time we do not ship internationally.

RETURNS

No Returns! Exchanges Only!

Our policy lasts 14 days for shipped orders (from delivery date) for store credit exchange only. We do not offer money back. If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging will all tags. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete you exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.
